Terms and Conditions

The present general conditions of sale or supply of services apply, without restriction nor reserve, to the whole of the products and/or services proposed to the sale on Royal Flor (www.royal-flor.be), hereafter called ” the Site “.

The fact for a natural or legal person, to order on the Site implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. They are accessible at any time on the Site and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version and over the Customer’s own general conditions of purchase or others.

Delivery times

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible, within 24 hours if available in stock.

Rates and payment terms

The current prices are expressed in Euros and always include all taxes (including VAT). However, we reserve the right to postpone any further tax and rate increases.

You are bound by a legal payment obligation once you have validated your order on the Site. You will receive the bank details in the order confirmation, depending on the payment method you have selected.

Claims and disputes

Any complaint and/or dispute of the customer against the product or the service must be formulated, exclusively via the contact form available on the Site, at the latest 48 hours as from their generating fact, under penalty of forfeiture.

Time limit for withdrawal

Products and services are delivered as quickly as possible according to the shipping method chosen in the order.

1. In case of floral products

In case of cancellation of the order by the customer, it may be refunded, unless Royal Flor has already begun to make the floral product ordered or incurred costs for the preparation of the order (supply of specific flowers, container, accessories …), or if the carrier or Royal Flor has begun to incur costs for the delivery of the order. In such a case, Royal Flor will be able to keep all or part of the price paid as compensation for the work done and the expenses incurred, and Royal Flor will also be able to claim the full payment of the order for the same reason.

In case of modification of the order by the customer (choice of the product, address or date of delivery…), a supplement of price could be asked to him if the modification involves an additional work or additional expenses for Royal Flor.

2. In case of non-floral products

For products that do not include fresh flowers or plants, if the client is a consumer (a natural person who orders for the needs of his private life and not for professional purposes), he has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the ordered products to exercise his right of withdrawal and ask Royal Flor to cancel his order, without having to justify his reasons or pay penalties. Where the time limit expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.

Disputes and applicable law

If for any reason a provision of these terms and conditions should be held to be unenforceable, such unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. The one deemed inapplicable is then replaced by the closest possible provision.

Neither Royal Flor, nor the editor of the Site or its host, nor the customer could be held responsible for any non-execution which would have for origin a case of absolute necessity, escaping their control, including in particular, without that being restrictive, the cases of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, problem of importation or export, strike, lock-out, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.

No claim can be made to the Site editor for reasons other than purely related to the operation of the Site.

These general conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the Courts of the judicial district of Brussels will be competent.
